We ship our handmade candles to customers across Malaysia.

Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location, parcel size and weight, and will be shown at checkout.

🌎 International Orders

We also welcome selected international orders.

International shipping fees and available shipping methods may vary depending on the destination and parcel weight. Any applicable customs duties, taxes or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

📦 Processing Time

As our candles are handmade, please allow some time for us to carefully prepare and pack your order before it is handed to the courier.

Custom-made orders may require additional preparation time. We will let you know if your order requires a longer processing period.

🕯️ Packaging

Each candle is carefully packed to help protect it during delivery. Slight changes in appearance may occasionally occur during shipping due to temperature or handling.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the package and product so we can assist you.
