We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information published on LULUMI.co, including product descriptions, prices, photographs, measurements, fragrance descriptions, availability and other information, is accurate and up to date.
However, minor errors, inaccuracies or changes may occasionally occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change product details or discontinue products without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
Product photographs are intended to provide a general representation of the products. Because our products are handmade, the actual product may differ slightly in colour, texture, shape, size or finish.
3. HANDMADE PRODUCTS
LULUMI products are handmade individually.
Natural variations may occur between individual pieces. Such variations may include differences in colour, texture, shape, size, surface finish and decorative details.
These variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and should not automatically be considered defects.
4. DESSERT-INSPIRED CANDLES
Some LULUMI and Sweet Liar products are designed to resemble desserts, pastries, bread, cakes or other food items.
These products are decorative scented candles and are NOT FOOD.
They must not be eaten or used as food.
Customers are responsible for keeping dessert-inspired candles away from children, pets and anyone who may mistake them for food.
5. CANDLE SAFETY
Candles involve an open flame and must be used responsibly.
Customers are responsible for following the candle care and safety instructions provided by LULUMI.
Candles should never be left burning unattended and should be kept away from children, pets, flammable materials, drafts and other heat sources.
Customers should read and follow our Candle Care instructions before using any LULUMI candle.
LULUMI.co and MAGIC TOY MART are not responsible for damage, injury or loss resulting from misuse, improper burning, failure to follow safety instructions, improper storage or other use outside the intended use of the product, except where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for:
• Providing accurate name, contact and delivery information
• Selecting the correct product, fragrance, quantity and options before placing an order
• Reviewing customisation details before confirming a custom-made order
• Ensuring that products are suitable for their intended use
• Following product-specific instructions and safety information
• Ensuring that products can legally be imported into their destination country for international orders
