Welcome to LULUMI.co. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from LULUMI.co.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. ABOUT LULUMI

LULUMI.co is a brand operated by MAGIC TOY MART, a business registered in Malaysia.

Our products include handmade scented candles, dessert-inspired candles and other handmade products.

2. PRODUCTS

Each LULUMI product is handmade individually. Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, texture, shape, size and finish may occur.

Product images are provided for illustration. Actual products may have minor differences from the images shown on our website.

Our dessert-inspired candles are decorative scented candles and are NOT edible.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND PRICING

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and other information on our website are accurate.

However, errors or inaccuracies may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information or change product prices without prior notice.

The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

4. ORDERS

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including situations involving incorrect pricing, product availability, suspected fraudulent activity or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method where applicable.

5. CUSTOM-MADE ORDERS

Some LULUMI products may be made according to customer-selected designs, colours, scents, toppings, personalisation or other specifications.

Once production of a custom-made order has started, the order may not be cancelled or refunded due to a change of mind.

Please review all custom details carefully before confirming your order.

6. SCENT SELECTION

Fragrance descriptions are provided to help customers understand the general scent profile.

Individual scent perception may vary from person to person.

If a customer selects the wrong scent or changes their preference after placing an order, this will generally be treated as a change-of-mind request and may not be eligible for a refund.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We carefully pack our products before shipment.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, parcel size and other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

8. TAXES AND SST

Malaysia Orders

For orders delivered within Malaysia, MAGIC TOY MART is currently not registered for Sales and Service Tax (SST).

No SST is separately charged by LULUMI.co on orders unless otherwise stated.

If our SST registration status changes in the future, applicable taxes will be charged in accordance with applicable Malaysian tax laws.

International Orders

For international orders, customers may be responsible for applicable import duties, customs charges, VAT, GST, sales taxes or other taxes imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by the customs and tax authorities of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

LULUMI.co is not responsible for additional charges, delays or fees arising from customs clearance, import regulations or taxes imposed by the destination country.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order can be legally imported into their destination country.

9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Please review the policy before placing an order.

10. CANDLE SAFETY

Candles are products involving an open flame.

Customers are responsible for following the candle care and safety instructions provided with each product.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, flammable objects and strong drafts.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on LULUMI.co, including product photographs, graphics, logos, brand names, text, designs and other materials, belongs to or is used by LULUMI.co and/or MAGIC TOY MART unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

12. WEBSITE USE

You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes or in a way that may damage, interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or services.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LULUMI.co and MAGIC TOY MART shall not be responsible for losses or damages arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
